By accessing or using Street Feast Finder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

Street Feast Finder is a platform that connects food truck vendors with customers. We provide tools for vendors to manage their profiles, schedules, and locations, and for customers to discover and find food trucks.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Vendor Terms

If you register as a food truck vendor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information, menus, and schedules
• Keep your location and availability information up to date
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Not misrepresent your offerings or services
• Respond to customer inquiries and bookings in a timely manner

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or vendors
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission

Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, reviews, etc.), but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it on our platform.

Our Content: All other content, including our logo, design, and features, is owned by Street Feast Finder and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Payments and Subscriptions

For premium vendor features:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of vendor information or locations
• The quality of food or service from any vendor
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Street Feast Finder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
